Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MaintainRight Ltd, trading as MaintainRight, collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use our website, contact us, request a quotation, apply to our trade network or use our services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable UK data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Trade Network Applications

We collect the contact details, trading information, trade experience, qualifications, insurance details, availability and documents you choose to submit. We use these to assess suitability and contact you about subcontractor opportunities, relying on our legitimate interest in finding suitable contractors and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Applications are stored in Wix and accessed by authorised MaintainRight staff. Unsuccessful applications are retained for up to six months after our decision; retaining details longer for future opportunities requires your agreement. If you become a contractor, relevant information becomes part of our contractor records under the retention criteria below.

Required fields help us assess an application; without them we may be unable to do so. Please do not submit identity documents, UTR, National Insurance numbers, bank details or sensitive personal information through this form. The rights, international transfer and complaints information below also applies to applicants. Contact info@maintainright.co.uk to exercise your rights or withdraw an agreement to keep details for future opportunities. We do not make automated selection decisions.
